Article 1 (General Provisions)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for the sale of products and provision of services on the online shopping site (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") operated by Asia Deal Hub Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

This Site is operated by the Company (asiadealhub.com) under commission from the Mie Prefectural Federation of Fisheries Cooperative Associations (hereinafter referred to as "Mie Gyoren").

By using this Site, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all transactions, service usage, and all related relationships conducted through this Site.
If there are separate provisions stipulated by the Company, those provisions shall also form part of these Terms.

Article 3 (Usage Environment)

Customers shall, at their own responsibility and expense, prepare and maintain the communication equipment, software, and internet connection necessary for using this Site.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

Customers can use services such as checking order history and saving shipping information by registering as a member.
If the registered information is false or incomplete, the Company may cancel the registration.

Article 5 (Product Purchase and Formation of Contract)

A sales contract is formed when a customer places an order for a product on this Site and the Company sends an order confirmation email.
However, the contract shall not be formed in the following cases:

1. If there is an error in the order content
2. If payment is not completed successfully
3. If the Company cannot accept the order due to out-of-stock or other reasons

Article 6 (Sales Price and Payment Method)

The sales price of products is based on the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified by the Company.
Customers shall bear any fees charged by financial institutions, etc.

Article 7 (Shipping and Delivery Time)

The Company's products are shipped irregularly according to stock status and sales offers.
It may take a certain period from when an order is placed until it is shipped.
Expected shipping dates and delivery times will be individually notified via email from the Company or on the product page.
Delays may occur due to the circumstances of the delivery company, weather, traffic conditions, etc.

Article 8 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)

(1) As a general rule, returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are not accepted.
(2) If a product has a defect or is a misdelivery, please contact the Company within 7 days of product arrival.
(3) Cancellations are possible before shipping, but cancellations after shipping are not accepted.

Article 9 (Prohibited Actions)

Customers shall not engage in the following actions:

2. Acts that infringe on the rights of third parties or the Company
3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the site
4. Acts of providing false information
5. Acts such as unauthorized access or distribution of viruses

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, communication failures, system failures, etc.).
2. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by the use of products, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute arising regarding the use of this Site, the courts of the Republic of Singapore shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
