Article 1 (General Provisions)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for the sale of products and provision of services on the online shopping site (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") operated by Asia Deal Hub Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

This Site is operated by the Company (asiadealhub.com) under commission from JA Shokuniku Kagoshima Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JA Kagoshima").

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

By registering as a member, customers can use services such as checking order history and saving shipping address information. If there are false or incomplete details in the registration information, the Company may cancel the registration.

Article 5 (Product Purchase and Formation of Contract)

A sales contract is formed when a customer places an order on this Site and the Company sends an order confirmation email. However, the contract shall not be formed in the following cases:

2. If payment is not completed successfully

Article 6 (Selling Price and Payment Method)

Article 8 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)

(1) Returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience are generally not accepted. (2) If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact the Company within 7 days of product arrival. (3) Cancellations are possible before shipment, but cancellations after shipment are not accepted.

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)

Customers must not engage in the following acts:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts that infringe on the rights of third parties or the Company
3. Acts that obstruct the operation of the Site
4. Acts of providing false information

Article 10 (Disclaimer)
